Introduction


The programme aims to produce business leaders with Islamic values who are capable of contributing to the development of Shariah-based business. Throughout the programme students will be exposed to the Islamic concepts, principles and ethics in solving business management issues faced by ummah in realizing global prosperity and well-being.

Programme Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the programme, the students are expected to :

  1. acquire advanced theoretical principles in Islamic business studies to assess business problems by utilizing Shariah-compliant solutions,
  2. develop their analytical skills and ability to make Islamic ethical judgement to solve various business problems,
  3. possess Islamic worldview and epistemology in conducting research in the field of Islamic business studies.
